Anxietymayincludethefollowingsymptoms: Bodilysymptoms,suchasshortnessofbreath,sweating,headache,ormuscletension Negativethoughtsandfeelings,suchasexcessiveworrying,feelingafraid,irritable,or“onedge” Difficultyconcentrating Changesinsleep Becomingtiredeasily Sadness Sadnessordepressivesymptomsisachangeinyourmood,thatcancauseupsanddowns,feelingblueordisappointmentthatinterfereswithdailyactivities.
