如能採用醫療資訊相 關標準進行研究平台的建立，則研究成果可分享給其他的醫療機構應用。

就台大醫院而言，其醫療案例既多且廣，已具初步資料探勘所需資料，且台大醫院之醫療資 訊系統遵循HL7、DICOM、ICD等國際標準，若能以此資料庫及標準化的系統為基礎建立研究平 台，並將研究成果以標準化的方式表示，則能將此成果分享給其他醫療機構。

另一方面，其他醫 療機構之資料也能經標準化的格式傳輸至此研究平台，使用平台上的資料探勘、知識發現等模組。

關鍵詞:醫療資訊系統，資料探勘，知識發現，臨床路徑，臨床指引 ResearchSummary:Thebasicvalueofhealthinformationsystemsistosupportmedicalrelatedworkerstodealwiththeir jobsmorequicklyandwithlesscost.Then,thehealthinformationsystemscanletorganizationoperate moreefficientlyandgetitsbestefficiency.Finally,thesystemscanbringagreatbenefittopatients.With theoperationoftheinformationsystemforalongtime,thereisagreatamountofcomputerizeddata storedinthesystem.Afterdoingdataminingfocusedonthesedata,wecanextractknowledgefromthese databasesandbringmoreandmoreadditionalvalue.Forexample,ifweanalyzethesequenceofthe medicalordersandthecontentofthelaboratoryandobservationandwecanextracttheknowledgeabout theclinicalpathwayandclinicalguideline.Therefore,wecanimprovethequalityofthehealthcareand reducethecost.Iftheresearchplatformisbuiltbasedonmedicalrelatedstandards,thentheresearch resultscanbesharedtoothermedicalrelatedinstitutions. TherearenumerousandvariouscasesintheNTUH(NationTaiwanUniversityHospital),andthe databasecontainstheneededdatausedbydatamining.Besides,thehealthinformationsysteminNTUH followsmanyinternationalstandardssuchasHL7,DICOMandICD.Ifwecanbuildtheresearch platformbasedonthedatabaseandthestandardizedsystems,thenwecansharethestudyresultstoother medicalinstitutions.Ontheotherhand,othermedicalinstitutionscanuploadtheirdatatotheplatform throughmanystandardizedformatoftransmission,andthentheycanusethemoduleofdataminingand knowledgediscoveryintheplatform.
