『捐款人姓名』與『捐款收據人』姓名可為不同人，前者會在『捐款芳名錄』上顯示，後者是做為開立可扣抵所得稅的捐贈收據的依據！請務必記得匯款後，將您的匯出帳號末6碼、匯至哪個帳戶(如彰化銀行、郵政劃撥)和姓名or芳名錄姓名、郵寄地址，email到[email protected]收，以利我們對帳查詢並且開立捐款收據寄送給您。

將每個毛小孩當作自己的孩子，只為幫助牠們脫離悲慘命運，成為”幸福狗”。
