Planningfallacy:Overconfidenceleadsustooverestimatewhatwecanachieveinacertainamountoftime. Writingdownyourpriorityisessential.Peoplewhowritedowngoalsare39%morelikelytoachievethem,andthosewhoshareprogressontheirgoalswithfriends,are76%morelikelytoachievethem.
