Forthepreventionoftheureaoverflow,arollovervalve(ROV)maybeappliedtoafueltank,insteadofthemembranevalve.However,theapplicationoftheROVcausescorrosionofureaandcrystallizationofureaduringexposurethereoftotheatmosphere.Accordingly,itisdifficulttoapplytheROV. AsshowninFIG.4,anincreaseamountofureaintheureatank30increasesapressureintheureatank30attheendofureainjection,andthepressureincreaseintheureatank30causestheinjectedureatoflowbackwardtothehousingextensionportion3-2ofthefillerhousing3.Thebackflowoftheureageneratedduringtheureainjectionistypicallyexhibitedasanoverflowbywhichtheureaisdischargedtooutside,buttheureafillerneck1preventstheoverflowduetothebackflowoftheurea. Specifically,whenureaflowingbackwardUrisestothehousingextensionportion3-2ofthefillerhousing3andthebackflowoftheureaproceeds,aninjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonAisgeneratedinwhichanendoftheureainjectionport8Aoftheinjectiongunguide9isblockedbytheureaflowingbackward.Theairflowformedbythesideventingline9andtheinjectiongun100-1areblockedbytheinjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonA. TheblockingoftheairflowbytheinjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonAbringsaboutafillerhousingpressureincreasingphenomenonBinwhichthepressureinthefillerhousing3isincreased.ThepressureincreasingphenomenonBisexhibitedaspressuredetectionbyasensor(omittedbecauseofatypicalconfiguration)oftheinjectiongun100-1,andshut-offoftheinjectiongun100-1proceedsaccordingtoavariationinpressurebythedetectedpressure.Therefore,theureafillerneck1changesthebackflowoftheureaintotheshut-offoftheinjectiongun100-1soastopreventcontinuousinjectionoftheureabytheinjectiongun100-1whichcausestheureaoverflow. Furthermore,whenthebackflowoftheureatemporarilyproceedsafterremovaloftheinjectiongun100-1andthustheureaflowingbackwardUfurtherrisestothehousingextensionportion3-2ofthefillerhousing3,abackflowbufferingphenomenonCisgeneratedinwhichthebufferspaceportion8Boftheinjectiongunguide8isfilledwiththeureaflowingbackwardU.Atimeforfillingtheinsideofthefillerhousing3withtheureaflowingbackwardUisdelayedbythebackflowbufferingphenomenonC,suchthattheoverflowoftheureaflowingbackwardUisnotimmediatelygeneratedthroughtheureafillerneck1afterremovaloftheinjectiongun100-1bytheshut-off. Theureatank30includesamembranevalve35forregulatingaventilationrate.Theureainjectionpipe10isconnectedtothefillerhousing3oftheureafillerneck1,andthelevelingpipe20isconnectedtothesideventingline9oftheureafillerneck1.Aureadetectionsensor37detectstheureaoftheureatank30,andaureapump(notshown)pumpsandsuppliesthestoredureatotheureainjector40. Theureainjector40injectstheureapumpedbytheureapumpatafrontpositionoftheSCR50intotheexhaustpipe60.TheSCR50isinstalledtotheexhaustpipe60andremovesNOxinexhaustgasby2NO+2CO(orHC)→N2+2CO(reactionformula)usingtheureainjectedintotheexhaustpipe60. Therefore,intheureaafter-treatmentsystem,theureamaybeinjectedbyasimpleandconvenientoperationinwhich,whentheureaisinjectedintotheureatank30,theoutsideinjectionportdoor70providedoutsidethevehicleisopenedsothataninjectiongun100-1ofaureaautomaticinjector100isinsertedintotheureainjectionport5locatedinsidetheinjectionportdoor70oracontainerinjectionport200-1ofaureacontainer200islocatedattheureainjectionport5locatedinsidetheinjectionportdoor70. Asdescribedabove,theureaafter-treatmentsystemwithanoutsidefillerneckaccordingtothepresentdisclosureincludestheureafillerneck1providedinthefillerhousing3throughwhichtheureaisdischargedtotheureatankbodyformingastoragespaceoftheurea.Theinjectiongun100-1isinsertedintotheinletofthefillerhousingbeingshut-offduetothepressureincreaseinthefillerhousingbytheureaflowingbackwardUduringtheinjectionoftheurea.TheoverflowoftheureaflowingbackwardUisdischargedtotheinletofthefillerhousing3beingdelayedbystoringtheureaflowingbackwardUintheinnerspaceofthefillerhousing3.Theureatank30isconnectedtotheureafillerneck1bytheureainjectionpipe10andthelevelingpipe20.Consequently,itmaybepossibletoshortenashut-offreactiontimeoftheinjectiongunandpreventtheoverflowoftheureaattheendofureainjection,andparticularlytoconvenientlyinjecttheureaasininjectionoffuelthroughafuelinjectionportbythelayoutoftheoutsidetypeureafillerneckdrawnoutofthevehicle. Inaccordancewiththeexemplaryembodimentsofthepresentinventiveconcept,itispossibletopreventanoverflowofureathroughaureafillerneckeventhoughtheureaflowsbackwardduetoapressureincreaseinaureatankattheendofureainjection,byformingabufferspaceinwhichtheureaflowingbackwardtoaninnerspaceoftheureafillerneckiscollected. Inaddition,itispossibletoshortenashut-offreactiontimeofaninjectiongunattheendofureainjectioncausingthepressureincreaseintheureatankbyformingaureainjectionpathsuchthatariseoftheureaflowingbackwardtotheureafillerneckisdelayed. Furthermore,itispossibletoconvenientlyinjecttheureaasininjectionoffuelthroughafuelinjectionportbyanoutsideureafillerneckdrawnoutofthevehicle. Whilethepresentinventiveconcepthasbeendescribedwithrespecttothespecificembodiments,itwillbeapparenttothoseskilledintheartthatvariouschangesandmodificationsmaybemadewithoutdepartingfromthespiritandscopeoftheinventionasdefinedinthefollowingclaims. Claims(8) Whatisclaimedis: 1.Aureafillerneckforpreventingaureaoverflow,comprising: afillerhousingformingaureapathinwhichinjectedureaflowstoaureatank;and aninjectiongunguideprovidedinthefillerhousing,anendofaninjectiongunfixedbytheinjectiongunguidetolimitaninsertionpositionoftheinjectionguninsertedintoaninletofthefillerhousing, whereinaninjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonisgenerated,inwhichureaflowingbackwardfromtheureatankrisestoblockanairflowinthefillerhousingbeinggeneratedintheinjectiongunguide, afillerhousingpressureincreasingphenomenonisgenerated,inwhichapressureinthefillerhousingisincreasedduetoblockingoftheairflowbytheinjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonbeinggeneratedintheinjectiongunguide, theinjectiongunisshut-offbydetectingthepressureinthefillerhousingpressureincreasingphenomenonintheinjectiongunguide,and theareaoverflowflowingbackwardisdelayedbyabackflowbufferingphenomenoninwhichtheureaflowingbackwardisstoredinaninnerspaceofthefillerhousingintheinjectiongunguide, whereintheinjectiongunguidecomprises: aureabufferportionwhichcomesintocontactwithaninnerperipheralportionofahousingbodyofthefillerhousingandisformedwithagenerationspaceofthebackflowbufferingphenomenon;and aureainjectionportspacedapartfromaconnectionsectioninwhichadiameterofthehousingbodyissmallerthanadiameterofahousingextensionportionsuchthatthehousingextensionportionconnectedtothehousingbodyhasachangingsection,sothatagenerationspaceofthefillerhousingpressureincreasingphenomenonbytheinjectiongunguidefloodingphenomenonisformedintheureainjectionportandtheendoftheinjectiongunisfixedbytheureainjectionport,and whereintheinjectiongunguideisassembledtobepress-fittedintotheinnerspaceofthefillerhousing. 2.Theureafillerneckofclaim1,whereinthehousingextensionportionisconnectedwithaureainjectionpipeconnectedtotheureatank. 3.Theureafillerneckofclaim1,whereinasideventinglinehavingahollowpipeshapeisconnectedtoaspaceformedbetweenanouterperipheralportionoftheureainjectionportandtheinnerperipheralportionofthehousingbody,andthesideventinglineisconnectedwithalevelingpipeconnectedtotheureatank. 4.Theureafillerneckofclaim1,whereinthehousingbodyfurthercomprisesasealblockwhichcontactstheinnerperipheralportionofthehousingbodytopassthroughtheinjectiongun,andthesealblockisdisposedabovetheinjectiongunguidetosealaninletofthehousingbody. 5.Theureafillerneckofclaim4,whereinthesealblockcomprisesamagneticringandamagnetholderintowhichthemagneticringisfittedinthevicinityoftheinjectiongun,andanouterperipheralportionofthemagnetholdercomesintoclosecontactwiththeinnerperipheralportionofthehousingbody. 6.Theureafillerneckofclaim4,whereintheinjectiongunpassesabovethesealblockthroughtheureainjectionportwhichisfittedandcoupledtothehousingbody. 7.Theureafillerneckofclaim6,whereintheureainjectionportispulledbyamagneticforceofamagneticringinsertedintoamagnetholderofthesealblock. 8.Theureafillerneckofclaim6,whereinthehousingbodyfurthercomprisesamountingflangetowhichtheureainjectionportisfittedandcoupled,andthemountingflangehasadrilledmountinghole.
