一种治疗慢性肠炎的中药及其制备方法,是由广藿香、紫苏叶、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、苍术、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、黄芩、大血藤、白芨和小米经过粉碎、煎煮、乙醇提取及混合等工序制备成的组合物液态制剂。

本发明涉及一种治疗肠炎的中药,具体涉及一种治疗慢性肠炎的中药及其制备方法。
背景技术
肠指的是从胃幽门至肛门的消化管,肠是消化管中最长的一段,也是功能最重要的一段。
肠道是人体最大的消化器官,也是人体最大的排毒器官。
从生理学、解剖学、细胞学的角度来看,大肠排毒占人体排毒的85%以上;人体的80%免疫结构在肠道周围,内毒素的堆积是自体免疫力的杀手。
肠炎主要指胃肠炎、小肠炎和结肠炎,一般认为是由细菌、病毒、真菌和寄生虫等引起。
临床主要表现有恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、大便粘滞带血、大便不成形,部分病人可有发热及里急后重感觉。
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,慢性肠炎的发病率呈上升趋势,并且该病病程较长,难以根治,反复发作,严重影响着人们的身体健康和生活质量,且癌变率达5%左右。
尽管目前用于治疗肠炎的药物不算少,但西药治标不治本,用久了容易产生抗药性,副作用比较大,损害肝脏、肾脏及血细胞,而且药效不稳定,容易反复发作。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于针对上述不足,在祖传秘方的基础上,结合现代中西医技术,提供一种治疗慢性肠炎的中药,具体的说是提供这种中药及其制备方法,本发明肠炎治疗效果明显,而且无毒,无副作用,效果稳定,制取工艺简便易行。
本发明的技术方案如下所述:
本发明制剂是由广藿香、紫苏叶、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、苍术、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、黄芩、大血藤、白芨和小米制备成的组合物制剂,其中各组分的质量配比为:
广藿香12-20g紫苏叶10-22g白术
8-18g
大腹皮10-18g甘葛8-15g苍术
10-20g
白蒺藜8-16g豆蔻12-20g枳实8-16g
香附10-18g川芎10-18g橘皮10-18g
虎杖8-15g元胡6-15g薏苡仁8-15g
黄芩10-18g大血藤8-16g白芨8—15g
小米10-20g。
为了获得更好的效果,本发明可优选的原料质量配比为:
广藿香12-18g紫紫苏苏叶叶1100--1188gg白术-12g
大腹皮12-L8g甘葛8-12g苍术0-15g
白蒺藜8-12g豆蔻12-16g枳实8-L2g香附10-15g川芎10-14g橘皮10-15g虎杖8-12g元胡6-K)g薏苡仁-12g
黄芩10-15g大血藤8-12g白芨8-1¾小米12-18g。
当然,为了获得进一步好的效果,本发明还可优选的原料质量配比为:
广藿香15g紫苏叶12g白术9g大腹皮15g甘葛10g苍术12g白蒺藜12g豆蔻10g枳实8g香附12g川芎Hg橘皮12g虎杖8g元胡8g薏苡仁12g黄芩10g大血藤8g白芨10g小米15g。
上述治疗慢性肠炎中药的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将紫苏叶放入小锅进行小炒至表面微焦,然后经粉碎机粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
2)、将广藿香、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、小米、黄芩、大血藤按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过90目筛,自然晾干,备用;
3)、将歩骤1)和2)中的各组分粉末混合在一起,加入纯净水煎煮两次,第一次加入10倍纯净水煎煮1小时,提取滤液备用;第二次加入6倍纯净水煎煮半小时,然后合并煎液并过滤,备用;
4)、将剩下的苍术、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、白芨按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过80目筛,自然晾干,备用;
5)、将歩骤4)中各组分粉末混合在一起,加入4〜6倍70%〜80%的乙醇,加热回流3〜5个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;然后在剩下的药渣中再次加入2〜4倍65%〜75%的乙醇,加热回流2〜3个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;将两次获得的滤液合并在一起,减压浓缩除去乙醇溶剂,干燥,获得干膏;
6)、将上述歩骤5)中获得的干膏进行超微粉碎成粉末并过200目筛,然后将粉末加入3)步骤中的合并煎液,混合摇匀即可制得。
制取的上述中药组合物溶液制剂可以用于口服,如果能够早中晚各适量饮用一次并长期饮用,效果更好。
本发明的理论依据在于:
广藿香,味辛,微温。
归脾、胃、肺经。
芳香化浊,开胃止呕,发表解暑。
用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛。
用于湿阻中焦、脘闷纳呆之症候,在临床上常与虎杖等同用。
用于湿温出起,可配苍术、大腹皮、黄芩等同用。
用于感受秽浊、呕吐泄泻之症,可配紫苏叶、豆蔻、白蒺藜等同用。
对于胃寒呕吐之症,可配半夏同用;如湿热者,可配黄莲、竹茹;脾胃虚弱者,可配党参、甘草;妊娠呕吐,可配砂仁同用。
其治暑湿之症,不论偏寒、偏热,都可应用,临床经常与佩兰配伍同用。
用于外感风寒兼有湿阻中焦的症候,常配伍紫苏、陈皮等同用。
此外,可治鼻渊,常配猪胆汁等同用。
紫苏叶,性味:辛,微温,无毒,主治脾胃气滞,胸闷,呕吐之证。
本品具行气宽中,和胃止呕功效。
偏寒者,每与广藿香同用;偏热者,可与黄连同用。
偏气滞痰结者,常与半夏、厚朴同用。
凡气滞湿阻,胃气不和,脘腹胀闷,呕恶崖.漫者,可与广藿香、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓等配伍,以行气化湿和中。
主治外感风寒,恶寒发热,头痛无汗,咳嗽气喘,脘腹胀闷,呕恶腹泻,咽中梗阻,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安,食鱼蟹中毒,痈疮蛇毒辣。
白术,白术味苦、甘,性温;归脾、胃经;芳香质柔,可升可降,守而不走具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,固表止汗,安胎的功效,主治脾气虚弱,食少腹胀,大便溏泻;痰饮,水肿,小便不利,湿痹酸痛,气虚自汗,胎动不安。
利水消肿、固表止汗、除湿治痹宜生用;健脾
和胃宜炒用;健脾止泻宜炒焦用。
脾气不足,形痩面黄,不思饮食,脘腹胀满,大便溏薄者,可与人参、茯苓、炙甘草等配伍,以增健脾益气之功。
过去有报道白术对胃肠道功能(如胃酸的胃液分泌,推进性肠蠕动等)无影响,亦无抗溃疡、抗炎和镇痛作用,不影响正常体温,对中枢神经系统无明显抑制作用,后者被认为可以作为与苍术相区别的依据。
近报道,白术对家兔离体小肠自发活动的影响多不相同,白术能增强兔离体小肠自发性收缩活动,使其收缩幅度加大,白术油抑制肠管的自发运动,或白术对家兔离体小肠的自发运动影响不明显。
白术提取物50mg和200mg/kg灌胃给药,对动物水浸束缚应激性溃疡,有显著抑制效果。
大腹皮,味辛;性微温。
归脾、胃、大肠、小肠经。
主治胃肠气滞,脘腹胀闷,大便不爽。
该品辛能行散,主入脾胃经,能行气导滞,为宽中利气之捷药。
治食积气滞之脘腹痞胀,嗳气吞酸、大便秘结或泻而不爽,可与枳实等同用;若治湿阻气滞之脘腹胀满,可与广藿香、川芎、厚朴等同用。
古籍《日华子本草》:下一切气,止霍乱,通大小肠,健脾开胃,调中。
《开宝本草》:主冷热气攻心腹,大肠壅毒,痰膈,醋心。
并以姜盐同煎,入疏气药良。
《纲目》:降逆气,消肌肤中水气浮肿,脚气壅逆,瘴疟痞满,胎气恶阻胀闷。
《本草再新》:泻肺,和胃气,利湿追风,宽肠消肿,理腰脚气,治疟疾泻痢。
甘葛,性味甘、辛、凉,为解表药,主治外感发热、头项强痛、麻疹初起、疹出不畅、温病口渴、消渴、泄泻、痢疾、高血压、冠心病。
苍术,一般根状茎入药,为运脾药,性味苦温辛烈,有燥湿、化浊、止痛之效。
苍术具有燥湿健脾,祛风湿的功效。
主治湿阻中焦,风寒湿痹,脚膝肿痛,痿软无力,雀目夜盲。
《珍珠囊》日:"能健胃安脾,诸湿肿非此不能除。
"《本草纲目》曰:"治湿痰留饮……及脾湿下流,浊沥带下,滑泻肠风。
"《新修本草》称其能"利小便"调整胃肠运动功能,苍术煎剂、苍术醇提物在一定剂量范围内能明显缓解乙酰胆碱所致家兔离体小肠痉挛,而对肾上腺素所致小肠运动抑制,则有一定的对抗作用。
抗溃疡:苍术有较强的抗溃疡作用。
实验发现,茅苍术及北苍术对幽门结扎型溃疡、幽门结扎-阿司匹林溃疡、应激性溃疡有较强的抑制作用,两种苍术均能显著抑制溃疡、动物的胃液量、总酸度、总消化能力及胃黏膜损害。
白蒺藜,可以平肝解郁,祛风明目。
用于肝阳眩暈头痛,肝郁胁痛,风热头痛,目赤肿痛,皮肤瘙痒等症。
豆蔻为多年生常绿草本植物,产岭南。
高丈许,外形像芭蕉,叶大,披针形,花淡黄色,秋季结实,果实扁球形,种子像石榴子,可入药,有香味。
可用于化湿消痞,行气温中,开胃消食。
用于湿浊中
阻,不思饮食,湿温初起,胸闷不饥,寒湿呕逆,胸腹胀痛,食积不消。
枳实,味苦;辛;寒。
归脾、胃、肝、心经。
功效积滞内停;痞满胀痛;大便秘结;泻痢后重;结胸;胃下垂;子宫脱垂;脱肛。
枳实对胃肠的作用:枳实、枳壳的水煎剂、酊剂及流浸膏对小鼠、家兔的离体肠管及家兔的在体肠管均有抑制作用,水煎液使胃、肠瘘狗的胃肠收缩节律有力,呈兴奋作用,但抑制狗在体胃肠运动.枳实提取物对乙酰胆碱和组胺所致肠管收缩有明显的拮抗作用。
香附可以理气解郁,调经止痛;安胎。
主胁肋胀痛;乳房胀育;疝气疼痛;月经不调;脘腹痞满疼痛;嗳气吞酸,呕恶;经行腹痛;崩漏带下;胎动不安。
用于肝郁气滞,胸、胁、脘腹胀痛,消化不良,胸脘痞闷,寒疝腹痛,乳房胀痛,月经不调,经闭痛经。
香附对胃肠的作用:按常规方法制备家兔离体肠管,用记紋鼓描记香附挥发油对离体肠管的影响。
结果表明,当香附挥发油浓度为
5μg/ml时可抑制肠管的收缩,当浓度增加至20μg/ml时,显明显的抑制作用,使肠管收缩幅度降低、张力下降。
SinghN亦报道,香附醇提取物20μg/ml浓度时,对离体兔回肠平滑肌有直接抑制作用,治气疾心腹胀满,胸膈噎塞,噫气吞酸,胃中痰逆呕吐及宿酒不解,不思饮食。
川芎味辛,性温,归肝、胆、心经,气香升散,具有活血行气,祛风止痛的功效,主治月经不调,痛经,经闭,难产,胞衣不下,产后恶露腹痛,肿块,心胸胁疼痛,跌打损伤肿痛,头痛眩晕目暗,风寒湿痹,肢体麻木,痈疽疮疡。
橘皮,味辛而微苦,温,入脾、肺经。
有理气调中,燥湿化痰功效,可用于治疗脾胃气滞,脘腹胀满,呕吐,或湿浊中阻所致胸闷、纳呆、便溏,但阴津亏损,内有实热者慎用,用于脾虚饮食减少、消化不良,以及恶心呕吐等症。
该品燥湿而能健脾开胃,适用于脾胃虚弱、饮食减少、消化不良、大便泄泻等症,常与白术、茯苓等配合应用。
因其既能健脾,又能理气,故往往用作补气药之佐使,可使补而不滞,有防止壅遏作胀作用。
虎杖,微苦,微寒。
归肝、胆、肺经,根状茎供药用,有活血、散瘀、通经、镇咳等功效,可以清热解毒,利胆退黄,祛风利湿,散瘀定痛,止咳化痰。
用于关节痹痛,湿热黄疸,经闭,产后瘀血不下,癥瘕,咳嗽痰多,水火烫伤,跌打损伤,痈肿疮毒。
元胡,为罂粟科植物,以块茎入药,有活血散瘀,理气止痛的作用,主治胃痛、痛经、跌打损伤等,它味辛、苦,性温。
有活血散瘀,利气止痛的功能,用于全身各部气滞血瘀之痛,痛经,经闭,症瘕,产后瘀阻,跌扑损伤,疝气作痛。
薏苡仁,性凉,味甘、淡,为禾本科植物薏苡的种仁。
有健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。
用于水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻的功效。
功能主治:健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。
用于水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻。
黄苓,黄苓别名山茶根、土金茶根。
为唇形科植物,以根入药。
有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒功效。
主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好,而且不产生抗药性。
大血藤,味苦,平。
归大肠、肝经。
功能主治:清热解毒,活血,祛风。
用于肠痈腹痛,经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑肿痛。
具有败毒消痈,活血通络,祛风杀虫的作用。
治急、慢性阑尾炎,风湿痹痛,赤痢,血淋,月经不调,疳积,虫痛,跌扑损伤等症。
白芨,性寒、味苦、甘、涩,无毒;归肺、胃、肝经。
具有收敛止血,消肿生肌的功能。
主治肺痨略血,吐血,衄血,便血,外伤出血,痈疮肿毒,瘰疬,痔漏,烧烫伤,手足皲裂,肛裂等病症。
与本发明其他中药配伍,治疗肠炎效果明显。
小米,是粟(Setariaitalica)脱壳制成的粮食,因其粒小,直径1毫米左右,故名。
原产于中国北方黄河流域,中国古代的主要粮食作物,所以夏代和商代属于"粟文化"。
粟生长耐旱,品种繁多,俗称"粟有五彩",小米性凉味甘,可以止呕消嗳,养肠胃,通便,
止泄,补血益气,健脾,降糖消渴,养阴补虚,对胃肠道有很好的调理和滋补作用:主治消化不良:B族维生素可促进消化液分泌,维持和促进肠道蠕动,有利于排便。
及口角生疮的功效,并且养胃:中和胃酸,缓解胃痛。
小米具有防止泛胃、呕吐的功效。
从我国传统中医角度讲,慢性肠炎的病因病机,有饮食不节,戕伤中州,或外邪内侵,损及脾胃,或忧患郁怒,肝失疏泄,横逆犯胃,以及禀赋不足,脾胃虚弱等情形,其病表在"肠",但与"胃"、"脾"、"肝"、"肾"却关系密切,病机特点是虚中夹实,因此通过本发明上述中药配伍以及制备方法获得的组合物,采用辩证的方法有效的达到调理肠道与五脏六腑的功效,无毒副作用,效果稳定,与西药相比达到事半功倍的疗效。
临床实验1:
1)、观察时间:在本发明技术方案未曾披露的情况下,选择2012年3月到2012年8月的6个月时间。
2)、观察对象:在广东省深圳市中医院消化科选择10例慢性肠炎病例:男6例,女4例;年龄:40—55岁5例,60—75岁5例;职业:普通上班族5例,退休人员5例。
病症:反复发作的腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、泻下粘液或脓血便,发作期大便3次/日以上,伴排便不畅或里急后重;舌苔多黄腻或白腻;全部病便均经纤维结肠镜检査确诊。
3)、使用方法:将本发明制剂口服液在餐后半小时服用,每日3
次,每次200ml,2个月为1疗程,3个疗程作为疗效观察。
4)、观察效果:
在连续服用3个疗程后,临床症状、体征消失,纤维结肠镜复查正常,肠黏膜病变恢复正常的6例,临床症状明显减轻,体征基本消失,纤维结肠镜复查好转,肠黏膜病变明显改善的2例,治疗前后临床症状和体征无改善,纤维结肠镜复査无好转的2例,总有效率80%。
临床实验2:
1)、观察时间:在本发明技术方案未曾披露的情况下,选择2013年1月到2013年6月的6个月时间。
2)、观察对象:在广东省深圳市福田区中医院消化科选择20例病例:男12例,女8例;年龄:32—55岁10例,56—75岁10例;职业:曾担任领导岗位公务员10例,普通教师10例。
病症:反复发作的腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、泻下粘液或脓血便,发作期大便3次/日以上,伴排便不畅或里急后重;舌苔多黄腻或白腻;全部病便均经纤维结肠镜检査确诊。
3)、使用方法:将本发明制剂口服液在餐后半小时服用,每日3次,每次200ml,2个月为1疗程,3个疗程作为疗效观察。
4)、观察效果:
在连续服用3个疗程后,临床症状、体征消失,纤维结肠镜复查正常,肠黏膜病变恢复正常的12例,临床症状明显减轻,体征基本消失,纤维结肠镜复查好转,肠黏膜病变明显改善的3例,治疗前后临床症状和体征无改善,纤维结肠镜复查无好转的5例,总有效率

1)、观察时间:在本发明技术方案未曾披露的情况下,选择2013年9月到2014年2月的6个月时间。
2)、观察对象:在广东省深圳市松岗人民医院消化科选择30例病例:男12例,女18例;年龄:35—55岁16例,60—75岁14例;职业:普通民营企业主14例,普通退休教师16例。
病症:反复发作的腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、泻下粘液或脓血便,发作期大便3次/日以上,伴排便不畅或里急后重;舌苔多黄腻或白腻;全部病便均经纤维结肠镜检査确诊。
3)、使用方法:将本发明制剂口服液在餐后半小时服用,每日3次,每次200ml,2个月为1疗程,3个疗程作为疗效观察。
4)、观察效果:
在连续服用3个疗程后,临床症状、体征消失,纤维结肠镜复査正常,肠黏膜病变恢复正常的18例,临床症状明显减轻,体征基本消失,纤维结肠镜复査好转,肠黏膜病变明显改善的6例,治疗前后临床症状和体征无改善,纤维结肠镜复查无好转的6例,总有效率80%。
结合以上临床数据及本发明的理论依据,可见本发明有益效果在于,本发明制成的制剂,对于治疗慢性肠炎具有良好效果,而且无毒,无副作用,效果稳定,制取工艺简便易行。
具体实肺式
下面结合实施例对本发明详细加以说明:
实施例1:
本发明制剂是由广藿香、紫苏叶、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、苍术、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、黄芩、大血藤、白芨和小米制备成的组合物制剂,其中各组分的质量配比为:
广藿香12g紫苏叶10g白术10g大腹皮12g甘葛12g苍术15g白蒺藜10g豆蔻12g枳实8g香附15g川芎15g橘皮13g虎杖12g元胡8g薏苡仁10g黄芩12g大血藤13g白芨10g小米16g。
上述治疗慢性肠炎中药的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将紫苏叶放入小锅进行小炒至表面微焦,然后经粉碎机粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
2)、将广藿香、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、小米、黄芩、大血藤按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过90目筛,自然晾干,备用;
3)、将步骤1)和2)中的各组分粉末混合在一起,加入纯净水
煎煮两次,第一次加入8倍纯净水小火煎煮1小时,第二次加入4倍纯净水小火煎煮半小时,然后合并煎液并过滤,备用;
4)、将剩下的苍术、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、白芨按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过80目筛,自然晾干,备用;
5)、将歩骤4)中各组分粉末混合在一起,加入4〜6倍70%〜80%的乙醇,加热回流3〜5个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;然后在剩下的药渣中再次加入2〜4倍65%〜75%的乙醇,加热回流2〜3个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;将两次获得的滤液合并在一起,减压浓缩除去乙醇溶剂,干燥,获得干膏;

1、一种治疗慢性肠炎的中药,其特征在于,本发明制剂是由广藿香、紫苏叶、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、苍术、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、黄芩、大血藤、白笈和小米制备成的组合物制剂,其中各组分的质量配比为:
广藿香12-20g紫苏叶10-22g8-18g大腹皮10—18g甘葛8-15g苍术
10-20g
白蒺藜8-16g豆蔻12-20g枳实8-16g香附10-18g川芎10-18g橘皮
10-18g
虎杖8-15g元胡6-15g薏苡仁
8-15g
黄芩10-18g大血藤8-16g白芨8-15g小米10-20g。

广藿香15g紫苏叶12g白术9g大腹皮15g甘葛10g苍术12g白蒺藜12g豆蔻10g枳实8g香附12g川芎14g橘皮12g虎杖8g元胡8g薏苡仁12g黄芩10g大血藤8g白芨10g小米15g。
4、一种治疗慢性肠炎的中药的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
1)、将紫苏叶放入小锅进行小炒至表面微焦,然后经粉碎机粉碎并过80目筛,备用;
2)、将广藿香、白术、大腹皮、甘葛、白蒺藜、豆蔻、枳实、小
米、黄芩、大血藤按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过90目筛,自然晾干,备用;
3)、将歩骤1)和2)中的各组分粉末混合在一起,加入纯净水煎煮两次,第一次加入10倍纯净水小火煎煮1小时,提取滤液备用,第二次加入6倍纯净水小火煎煮半小时,然后合并煎液并过滤,备用;
4)、将剩下的苍术、香附、川芎、橘皮、虎杖、元胡、薏苡仁、白芨按比例配好,经过粉碎机粉碎成粉末并过80目筛,自然晾干,备用;
5)、将步骤4)中各组分粉末混合在一起,加入4〜6倍70%〜80%的乙醇,加热回流3〜5个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;然后在剩下的药渣中再次加入2〜4倍65%〜75%的乙醇,加热回流2〜3个小时,提取过滤获得滤液;将两次获得的滤液合并在一起,减压浓缩除去乙醇溶剂,干燥,获得干膏;
6)、将上述歩骤5)中获得的干膏进行超微粉碎成粉末并过200目筛,然后将粉末加入步骤3)中的合并煎液,混合摇匀即可制得。
制取的上述中药组合物溶液制剂可以用于口服,如果能够早中晚各适量饮用一次并长期饮用,效果更好。
