寫信時，用膩了thankyou，想要換成別的字，又擔心用錯嗎？最喜歡把thankyou改成appreciate，但又沒辦法掌握這個字的用法嗎？今天就一次學會吧！ #1情境對話 今天David要寫信感謝合作夥伴的幫忙，寫完後請John老師幫忙檢查。

John老師看完後指出以下這句話寫錯了，David卻一頭霧水，不知道該怎麼修改，大家一起來動動腦吧： Iappreciateyou.（我感謝你。

） 這句話要怎麼改才對呢？ #2破解NG英文 如果要在商業書信上寫信「感謝」同事或合作對象，不能直接說： Iappreciateyou.（△） 表示「感謝（某人的配合、某件事情）」的時候，appreciate後面要加上一件事情（名詞或動名詞），所以要改成： Iappreciateit.（我非常感謝。

） Ireallyappreciatethat.（我很感激那件事。

） Iappreciateyourhelpverymuch.（我非常感激你的幫忙。

） Wereallyappreciateallyoureffort.（我們非常感謝你做的所有努力。

） 那其實Iappreciateyou.這個句子並不是錯的，只是語意會轉變成「我賞識你」。

例如： Weappreciateyouandtheworkyoudo,sowewanttoofferyouaraise.（我們很賞識你和你的工作表現，所以我們想要給你加薪。

） 那在許多情境下都能運用appreciate這個字表達「感謝」： Iwouldappreciateitifyoukeepitasecret.（如果你保密的話我會非常感激。

） Iappreciateyoutakingthetimetomeetwithme.（我很感激你花時間和我見面。

） IappreciatethathestoodbymewhenImostneededit.（我感謝他在我最需要的時候站在我這邊。

） It’simportanttoappreciatewhatyouhave,notthinkaboutwhatyoudon’thave.（要感激你所有的，而不是想著你所沒有的，這很重要。

） ④ I’m grateful thatwehaveachancetoworktogether.（我很感激我們有機會能合作。

） ⑤ I’mvery grateful forouropportunitytoworktogether.（我超級感激我們有機會能合作。
