Turnoffnotifications.Someemailexpertsadvisecheckingemailonlytwoorthreetimesaday,butinmanyworkenvironmentsthisisnotrealistic–anall-importantmessagefromthebossoraclientmayneedaquickresponse.Butalmostanythingcanwaitfor20minutes.So,turnoffyouremailnotificationsfor20to30minuteswhenyouneedtofocusonsomethingelse.
