SP-5A 玻璃徐冷點及應變點試驗 SP-5A 玻璃徐冷點及應變點試驗 Annealing&StrainPoint,(ASTMC-598-Beam) 廠牌:ORTON/U.S.A. 供應商:建成科學儀器股份有限公司 聯絡電話:02-29103818 定價:與我們聯絡 快速詢價 4430 行動條碼QRCode 產品規格 Notes    TheOrtonModelSP-5A-DASsystemiswellsuitedforglassesthatforonereasonoranotherarenotadaptableforflameworking,orforapplicationswherethermalexpansionoreffectivelengthcorrections(commontothefiberelongationmethod)areeliminated.TheOrtonModelSP-5A-DAShasbeendesignedtoautomaticallymonitorthedeformationofa3-pointloadedglassbeamaccordingtotheASTMC-598method.Changesintheannealingandstrainpointtemperaturescanbeusedasanindicationofchangesinbatchchemistryfromrawmaterialchangesorbatchingerrors.AutomaticAnnealingandStrainPointDetermination Ittakes20minutestomeasuretheAnnealingandStrainPointsofaglassrodorbar.It'ssimple.Afterthesamplebeam(rodorbar)isprepared,theoperatorsimplyplacesthebeamintothefurnace,entersthesampledimensionsintotheOrtononboardcomputer,appliestheweight,pushestheSTARTbutton,andwalksaway.Thesystemdoestherest.Theoperatorisfreetoperformothertasks.Twentyminuteslater,theoperatorreturnsandreadstheannealingpointtemperatureonthedisplaypanel.It'sthateasy.TheSP-5A-DASautomaticallycalculatestherateofdeformationanddisplaystheannealingpointtemperaturewhicheliminatesoperatordifferences,judgements,anderrors.IfanindependentcomputersystemisconnectedtotheSP-5A-DAS,boththeannealingandstrainpointtemperaturesarecalculatedanddisplyedonthecomputer'smonitor.Thesystemautomaticallymeasuresandrecordstherateofdeformationandappliesnon-arbitrarymathematicalalgorithmstoextrapolatethestrainpointtemperaturesooperatordifferences,interpretations,judgments,anderrorsareeliminated.TheModelSP-5A-DASisaFAST,EASY,ACCURATE,RELIABLE,andREPRODUCIBLEmethodforQCchecksonbatchchemistrychanges.ThissystemiscomprisedoftheASTMspecifiedfurnacetoheatthesamplebeam,theOrtonPIDcontrollertooperatethefurnaceaccordingtotheASTMC598thermalcycle,2-pointsamplesupportsystemwithmidpointsampleloadrodandweight,anLVDTsystemtocontinuouslymonitorthebeamdeformation,theOrtononboardcomputerwithinternallogictodeterminetheannealingpoint,digitaldisplaypanelfordisplayingtheannealingpointtemperature,andsoftwareforanindependentcomputer(providedbythepurchaser). OperationThesystemisinitiallyheatedtoanequilibriumsoaktemperature25°Cbelowtheexpectedannealingpoint,andwaitsforthenexttest.Theoperatorentersthebeamdimensionsintotheonboardcomputer,positionsthebeamonthesamplesupport,appliesthemidpointloadrod,andaddstheweight.AssoonastheSTARTbuttonispushed,theOrtoncontrollerheatsthefurnaceat5ºCperminute,andtheonboardcomputercapturesthetemperatureandLVDTsignalsofthedeformingbeamandcalculatesthebeam'sdeformationrate.OncethedeformationrateexceedsadeformationratecorrespondingtoaviscosityofLog12P(aconstantthatisautomaticallycalculatedbytheonboardcomputerusingtheoperatorinputtedbeamdimensionsandpre-programmedASTMC598equations),theOrtoncontrollercoolsthefurnaceat4°Cperminute.Whilethefurnaceiscooling,thetemperatureandLVDTsignalsarecapturedbythecontroller'sonboardcomputerforstorage.Thetestisautomaticallyconcludedwhenthetemperaturefalls10°Cbelowtheannealingpoint.TheannealingpointisthetemperatureatwhichanASTMC598specificdeformationrateoccurs.Thisrateiscalculatedbytheonboardcomputerusingtheoperatorinputtedbeamdimensionsandpre-programmedASTMC598equations,andisdisplayedontheconsoledisplayuntilthesystemisreset.Thefurnaceautomaticallycoolstothesoaktemperatureinabout15minutes,andisreadyforthenexttest.Theonboardcomputercanstoredataforupto10tests.Ifdesired,aseparate,independentcomputersystem(notincluded)canbeconnectedtotheOrtoncontrollerconsoleviaaRS232portforrealtimemonitoringandanalysis.Duringthetestthebeamdeformationrate,time,andtemperaturearedisplayedonthemonitorandstoredontheharddriveinatextfile.Attheconclusionofthetest,thesoftwareautomaticallyandimmediatelycalculatestheannealingpointtemperatureatwhichtheASTMC598specificdeformationrateoccurs.Thisrateiscalculatedusingtheoperatorinputtedbeamdimensionsandpre-programmedASTMC598equations.Thesoftwarealsoautomaticallyandimmediatelycalculatestheextrapolatedstrainpointtemperature,whichisthetemperaturewherethedeformationrateis0.0316timestheannealingdeformationrate,accordingtotheASTMC598algorithms.Or,ifpreferred,aseparate,independentcomputersystem(notincluded)canbeconnectedtotheOrtoncontrollerconsoleviaaRS232portafterthetestisconcluded.ThedatastoredbytheOrtononboardcomputeristransferredtotheindependentcomputer'sharddriveintextfileformatforlaterindependentreview,analysis,orpermanentstorage.
