此款湯有益脾胃的作用,清潤滋補,對失眠也有幫助。
材料
2個節瓜
1條紅蘿蔔
2片淮山
12粒腰果
5粒螺頭乾
2條鱆魚
4粒無花果
4粒紅棗
適量南北杏
300g 瘦肉
做法
螺頭乾浸軟,鱆魚、瘦肉拖水,節瓜和紅蘿蔔去皮切件,無花果和紅棗切半。
將所有材料和清水2.5L放入煲內,大火煲滾後轉慢火煲2小時即可。
