霸王花清心潤肺止咳,略帶清香,加入其他材料有滋陰健脾功效。
材料
38g 霸王花2條甘筍25g 椰片15g 蓮子15g 百合20g 淮山25g 腰果2粒蜜棗2.5L 水
做法
霸王花洗淨,用清水浸半小時。
將所有材料放入煲內,加水煲滾,轉中慢火煲1.5小時即成。
