[0002] —些冷冻物品例如速冻食品一般保存在-18°C以下的环境中,在制作前需要解冻处理,目前常见的解冻方法主要有以下几种:
[0003] 1、普通的水浴法解冻也叫自然解冻,就是将冻品直接放入常温水或者冷水中进行解冻,通常要几个小时到十几个小时甚至几天才能实现解冻,由于时间过长会损伤冻品品质;
[0004] 2、或者还有一种常用的低温解冻方法,即将冷冻物品置于(TC〜4°C的保鲜冷柜中进行解冻,这种方法虽然保鲜,但时间更长;
[0005]上述解冻方法主要存在解冻速度慢、效率低缺点,有待于提高。
